A: We can provide power from 8KVA-2000KVA.

Q3: What is your delivery time?

A: The lead time is about 15-45 days, depending on the type of the product, shipping method selected and part availability.

Q4: What is the payment terms?

A: Accepted Payment Type: T/T, L/C, Western Union, Cash. After the contract is signed, the 30%-50% deposit of total purchase price is paid and the full amount is paid before delivery.

Q5: What about after-sale service?

A: We offer 12 months or 1000 Working Hours from the shipment date, whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.
